Upon making a booking, we require a deposit of 50% of the cost of
your stay, payable by cheque or credit/debit card.
If paying by credit/debit card, we will hold your card details on file
until your arrival, when full payment may be made by card, cash or
cheque with a bankers card.
In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply:
• Cancellation with more than 14 days notice no charge
• 214 days notice50% of the cost of your stay
• Less than 2 days notice100% of the cost of your stay
Should your room be re-let, we shall of course give you a full
refund.

The Roebuck Inn, Laughton is renowned
for its home cooked menu, fine selection
of wines and real ales. Open 7 days a
week, you are always assured of a warm
welcome.

We have a large restaurant catering for
up to 100 guests, which is perfect for light
snacks, formal meals and even private
parties.

We have a large enclosed beer garden
with further tables and a Petanque pitch.

The Roebuck Inn has 4 double rooms and
1 family room. All of our rooms are
ensuite with shower and/or bath and are
tastefully furnished to the same high
standards throughout.

General Conditions

Guests are welcome to arrive from 10am,
but access to the rooms cannot normally
be gained before 3pm, except by prior
arrangement.

Upon departure, guests are requested to
vacate their room by 10am.

We have smoking and no smoking areas
available in the Pub, but please note, there
is no smoking permitted in the bedrooms.
